Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without the release of any funds held in the account.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7f7 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify the 7f7 support team immediately via live chat. 7f7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to keep their credentials secure.

7f7 requires all players to confirm they are aged 18 or above at the point of registration. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player may be under 18, 7f7 will immediately suspend the account and request documentary proof of age in the form of a valid government-issued photo identification document. If the player cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, or if the documentation confirms the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed and all funds will be withheld pending further review in accordance with applicable law.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 7f7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not previously used for a deposit, or payment methods in a different name to the registered account holder. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 7f7 may require the player to complete the KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.

4.4 Currency

All financial transactions on the 7f7 platform — deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 7f7 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion of foreign currency to BDT prior to deposit is the sole responsibility of the player and any associated conversion fees are borne by the player.

4.5 Transaction Fees

7f7 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees imposed by your payment provider (for example, bKash or your bank) are outside 7f7's control and are the player's responsibility. Players are advised to check the fee schedule of their chosen payment method before initiating a transaction.

From time to time, 7f7 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, tournament prizes, or other incentives to registered players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions specific to the individual Promotion, which will be published at the time the Promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a Promotion, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 7f7 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual Promotion and are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, "30x bonus" means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted). Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the Promotion terms. Wagering requirements that are not met within the validity period will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 7f7 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any Promotion at its sole discretion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Promotion terms, bonuses are limited to one per player, one per household, one per IP address, and one per payment method. Opening additional accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus balances and any winnings derived from them.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

7f7 actively monitors for patterns of play that indicate bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with Promotions. Where such activity is detected, 7f7 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all open bets, and permanently close the accounts of the players involved without releasing any funds held. Determinations of what constitutes bonus abuse are made at 7f7's sole discretion.

5.4 7f7 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

7f7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time and without prior notice. This includes the right to alter wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible games mid-promotion if there is evidence of systematic exploitation of the Promotion terms. Where a Promotion is cancelled, any bonus balance not yet converted to withdrawable cash will be removed from the player's account.

By using the 7f7 platform you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 7f7;

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the 7f7 platform without written authorisation.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

6.1 Responsible Use of the Platform

7.1 Closure by the Player

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 7f7

7f7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice, if it has reason to believe that:

• The player has provided false or fraudulent information;
• The player is under 18 years of age;
• The player's account has been used for money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse or any form of systematic exploitation of the platform;
• The player has registered from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• The player has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 7f7 will endeavour to notify the player and to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from confirmed fraud or criminal activity, any balance held in the account may be withheld indefinitely or remitted to the appropriate authorities.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months or more. 7f7 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts, deducted monthly from the account balance, following prior written notice to the player's registered email address. Where the account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account may be closed.

7f7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered players from within the account settings:
